Libitl and iTools on Windows
I have been quite busy in the last few week migrating some arabeyes libraries to windows.
Starting with ibitl, a library that allows applications to convert between Hijri and Gregorian dates and to compute Muslim prayer times and Qibla direction based on multiple methods of calculation , this library has a high level of accuracy..
Then i moved to itools, a collection of command line tools that mimics the development of the underlying ITL library (libitl) and is meant to always give the end-user simple means to access its functions. Available tools include ical (displays a Hijri calendar), idate (a multi-method Hijri/Gregorian date converter), ipraytime (a prayer times and Qibla calculator and schedule table generator). These two projects are part of the Islamic Tools and Libraries project at arbeyes.
I’m also working on Minbar a Gnome Prayer Application that uses these libraries .
At the moment just the binary files and the LibItl shared library will be available for download. You nedd the pwd library to run the iprayer command. If you have any problems, I will be happy to know about them.

You can find the original sources and Linux binaries here, or visit http://wiki.arabeyes.org/ITL for more information ..
